- UNICEF Guinea-Bissau intends to enlist an institution to provide consultancy services to Contract for developing state National Policy for Water and for Sanitation & Hygiene.In this regard, UNICEF invites institutions interested in participating in the Invitation to Bid, LRFP-2023-9186257. Participation in this tender is open to all institutions specialized in the field, holding a valid license, and in compliance with the regulations of the public administration.The Terms of Reference for the bid are attached to this bid and can also be obtained from UNICEF Bissau, located at the United Nations Building, Rua Rui Djassi, 2nd Floor, between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm from Mondays to Thursdays.
